Lecture at the International Workshop on "Sustainable Food Systems"

Masaki Kotani, President and Secretary General of the Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM), was invited as an expert to speak at the "Workshop on Sustainable Food Systems" co-hosted by the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) and the National Productivity Organization (NPO) of Bangladesh, which was held in Bangladesh for four days from January 20, 2025.

The workshop was attended by 13 APO member countries - Bangladesh, Japan, Thailand, Cambodia, Fiji, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, Turkey and Vietnam - and experts from many countries, including the United States, shared their knowledge and experience in building sustainable and safe food systems.

JFSM gave lectures on "JFS Standards and Food Safety Management Systems" and "Sustainable Supply Chain Assessment Platform (SSCAP) and its future strategy".
