Public Call for Cooperating Businesses to Exhibit at Food Safety Japan 2024

JFSM will exhibit at the Food Safety Japan 2024 Food Safety and Hygiene Measures Materials Exhibition to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from October 9 (Wed.) to 11 (Fri.), 2024 to promote the acquisition of new JFS standards and to increase awareness.

We are inviting companies that wish to set up brochures or have business discussions with visitors in the JFSM exhibition booth.

 

The application period is from Thursday, July 18 to Wednesday, July 31.
This call is open to companies that are registered as JFSM contract auditors, certification bodies, or training organizations at the time of application.

Food Safety Japan 2024 Cooperating Companies Application Procedure

 

Outline of Food Safety Japan 2024:
Dates: October 9 (Wed.) - 11 (Fri.), 2024, 10:00 - 17:00
Venue: Tokyo Big Sight, East Hall
Booth: 1 booth (3m x 3m)

 

Exhibitor Seminar: The following seminars will be held during the exhibition

■Contents of the Open Call
(1) Business meeting activities in the JFSM exhibition booth
Opportunities for business discussions with visitors will be provided in the JFSM exhibition booth during the morning or afternoon hours of the exhibition.
A maximum of two businesses can participate during the same time period.
A maximum of 12 businesses will be invited to participate during the entire exhibition period.
The same business can participate in more than one time slot, depending on the dates and time slots that do not overlap.

 

(2) Pamphlet set up in the JFSM booth
One brochure per business can be placed during the exhibition.
The brochure that can be placed must be one that describes either the audit (assessment) of JFS standards or the JFSM-approved training.
Since the booth space is limited, we plan to set a maximum number of brochures to be set up.
However, if a participating business that has applied and been selected in (1) above wishes to set up a pamphlet, we will do so to ensure that it is set up.

 

How to Apply
Please send your application with the FSJ2024 Participation Application Form_Form 1 by e-mail to the address below.
You may be asked to provide additional documents if necessary.
*This call is open to companies that are registered as JFSM contract auditors, certification bodies, or training organizations at the time of application for participation.
*One application per business is allowed. Even if a company is registered as both an audit company and a training organization, it will be treated as one business, and only one application will be accepted.

 

Selection
Please note that if the number of applications exceeds the maximum number of businesses or the maximum number of training institutes, JIPDEC will make a selection.
The selection will be notified within one to two weeks after the application deadline.
