Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM) held a "Seminar on Sustainable Development for Food Businesses" in collaboration with Total Quality Food Association (TQFA).

The seminar was broadcast online from the venue of FOOD TAIPEI 2024, the largest food industry trade fair in Taiwan, and was attended by approximately 100 participants, both local Taiwanese and online participants from Japan.


The Sustainable Supply Chains Assessment Platform (SSCAP), a social responsibility assessment tool developed by JFSM and TQFA that can be easily implemented by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), was presented to the public for the first time at this seminar.
