The Food Safety Management Association of Japan (FMSJ) has established a two-day "JFS-C Standard Internal Auditor Training Course" to train internal auditors of JFS-C standards within food businesses. We have now established a new one-day "JFS-C Standard Explanatory Training Course" for food business operators who wish to know the content of the JFS-C standard, as well as for auditors and judges of the JFS-A/B standard.

The course is intended for food business operators who want to understand the C standard.

Completion of JFS Food Safety Training or HACCP Training is recommended.

The JFS-C Standards Explanatory Training Course is a one-day program as follows

Upon completion of the JFS-C Internal Auditor Training Course, participants will also receive a certificate of completion for the JFS-C Standard Commentary Training Course.
