The Japan Food Safety Management Foundation (JFSM) provides subsidies to food manufacturers and food service providers who wish to obtain certification of food safety management systems and JFS standards developed in Japan or certification of conformity (hereinafter referred to as "certifications") to support food-related businesses in obtaining food safety standards and to further promote the JFS standards, which are easy for small and medium businesses to work with, in order to achieve the target export value of agricultural, marine, and forestry products and food products.

Eligible projects selected through the public offering will be subsidized for various costs related to audits/audits in obtaining certification, etc. These costs include audit/audit fees, registration fees, and consulting fees.

This project will be solicited, adopted, and awarded in accordance with the "Rules for Implementation of the Model Demonstration Project for Acquisition of JFS Standards for the FY2022 JAS/JFS Promotion Measures Project" (attached).

Please consult with us if you are applying for other subsidies (such as subsidies from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, or other ministries) for the same project.
