(11/25, Free of Charge) Seminar on General Hygiene Control & HACCP for JFS Standard will be held.
The Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM) will hold a seminar on "General Hygiene Control & HACCP for JFS Standards".
This seminar will provide an easy-to-understand explanation of the basics of general hygiene management and HACCP, which are necessary to understand the JFS standard, for food business operators who are considering obtaining the JFS standard.
The seminar is designed for small and medium-sized food business operators who are considering obtaining food safety standards or who want to learn more about food safety. 3 hours of training will be provided free of charge.
The seminar is free of charge, and a copy of "Illustrated HACCP System Essentials (Saiwaishobo)" will be distributed as a free gift to attendees at the venue.
This seminar will be held as a subsidized project by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in 2022.
