JFS-A Standard Document Version 3.0 Guideline Edition 1.0 has been released.
The Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFMA) released Version 3.0 of the JFS-A Standard Document on March 31, 2022.
JFS-A Guideline Edition 1.0, which includes explanations of JFS-A Standard Document Version 3.0, will be published on July 25, 2022. In addition, the JFS-A Standard Document Version 3.0 Self-Checklist will also be published.

Food business operators currently certified under JFS-A Standard Document Version 2.0 will be able to migrate to JFS-A Standard Document Version 3.0 as soon as the audit company is ready to do so. Food business operators will only be audited to the JFS-A Standard Document Version 3.0 from March 1, 2023, and audits for transition must be completed by February 29, 2024. Newly certified food business operators can be audited using JFS-A Standard Document Version 3.0 from 2022, but audits after March 1, 2023 will be audited using JFS-A Standard Document Version 3.0.
