The Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM), a general incorporated foundation that establishes and operates food safety management standards and certification programs originating in Japan, will hold Food Safety Convention 2022 on Tuesday, November 17, 2022, in a hybrid format with on-site and online delivery.

JFSM's food safety events have attracted approximately 800 registrations for last year's Food Safety Convention 2021 and approximately 700 registrations for the World Food Safety Day 2022 held in June of this year.
