The Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM), with the support of the Hokkaido Economic Federation, is pleased to present "What is the JFS Standard? The seminar will provide information on the "JFS standard for HACCP institutionalization," "Benefits of JFS standard acquisition," "Support for model acquisition," and other topics. How to obtain the JFS standard from scratch?" In addition to the previously announced Sapporo venue, the seminar will be held online (Zoom webinar).

The program is designed to make it easier for those living far away to participate.

In addition to an explanation of the JFS standard for HACCP systemization in food factories and food service businesses, we plan to introduce model acquisition support so that small and medium-sized businesses can work on food safety step by step to improve the level of food safety in Japan and overseas and to export their products.
